rice paper sushi bento

 
Hi there! Today's bento features colorful rice paper wrapped sushi from Nijiya Market in San Francisco's Japantown. Also from that same fun source: spicy kaiware daikon sprouts and sakura zuke pink pickles, which I've combined with cooked kale for a nutritious salad.
