green fig snack bento


Hi bento pals--a quick post for today, featuring a late-summer snack bento with ripe green figs (two wrapped with prosciutto), walnuts with goat cheese, golden baby tomatoes and white peach slices. A gorgeous early evening here, the light turning golden and holding reflections of leafy branches, a rich hum of cicadas in my backyard...

tee hee, thanks Robin! the flower is a Japanese variety of morning glory whose coloring seems refined and wild at the same time! have a wonderful Thursday, friend...
