dungeness crab claw bento

                      Happy Friday! Garden greens including crinkled cress and arugula accompany a juicy Dungeness crab claw, avocado, and a mayo-ginger dip for today's lunch.

Hi there Michelle! Yep, nice contrast of sweet crab flavor and peppery arugula. We recently got around to trying the crabs at Santa Rosa Seafood--WOW. What a local delight :))
