spicy salmon banh mi bento
Pink salmon blended with lime, Vietnamese chili garlic sauce, mayo and cilantro, layered in a roll with avocado. Underneath: green papaya salad, mint and a sweet section of blackberries and watermelon.
spring greetings megan! so lovely to "see" you ^^ we are having a splendid spring here, spending tons of time in the garden, hoping for a bumper crop of heirloom tomatoes later this summer! hugs oxox
