simple sushi bento

Hi bento pals! A simple bento today, with shrimp and tuna sushi, broccoli with Japanese ginger dressing, and two juicy pink grapefruit slices...

The sun is reviving...lovely to see it sparkling in tall grasses today!

Beautiful sparkle on winter grass, I can imagine the slight rustle with the breeze as it passes through.

  6. I love how even in the simplest of bentos you have such an artistic touch. Love the play of colors, and your broccoli is so green!! Actually it's lunchtime right now and it's been awhile since I've had sushi...any left? :)

The grasses are still so interesting even when they are brown! And pretty!

Wishing you and Jamison a wonderful weekend!

Thanks for a comment that really brightened my evening!! I just was in the mood for a really simple and traditional bento. I'm not sure what these grasses are called but I do love them :)

Wishing you guys a great weekend, too! At least on Saturday, warmer than usual temps here, and sunny! "See" you soon, buddy!
