simple summer bento

Hi bento pals! A simple and cooling lunch for Monday: tabbouleh with parsley, scallion, yellow pepper, red onion, shrimp-mayo filled avocado, cucumber slices and bright farmer's market tomatoes, so flavorful they need no seasoning at all...

Have a wonderful week ahead!

  1. What a lovely, simple, summer bento! Sounds delicious too! I love the bee in the sunflower. I just posted a bee collecting pollen in my cactus flowers and my camera just wasn't working with me. (I have the money to get a new camera I just have to do it). Great photos as usual...I really like the sunflower...it deserves a second mention. You should definitely have that one framed!

  5. Yikes Jenn, that is HOT! We're having abnormally cool temps here, mid-60s and 70s with our seasonal coastal fog in the mornings.
